I’m giving this place 5 stars bc I really do genuinely like this place and I’ve been telling other people about it. And I also hate to leave bad reviews. But unfortunately today they replaced something on my car without authorizing it with me first. Ella told me it wasn’t a big deal bc it wasn’t very much money. But $100-200 certainly is when you don’t have a lot of money like me. I felt that was a bit insensitive. Whether it was big deal or not I should be able to make that choice to have it done or not. This was disappointing for me bc it has definitely affected my trust level here now as it is hard to find trustworthy auto shops now a days. I hope to be able to build that trust back in the future so that I can bring my car again if I need too.
